Askin and hearing the case as 3rd party here.

A fren asking for good lawyer contact for a foreigner student who got frame by his housemate whom is other students. His family tried to settle out of court (stupidly) and it failed.

He just wanna go back his country as he alrdy stayed 2 month in Malaysia jail.

Any body can pm me good lawyer number. Those who will work on the case and get result ( i know sometimes result is not what we expected but still the best option available) ..NOT those who makan gaji as long there is a case going on.

(I know we have a similar topic before but its kinda old 2009 hoping for new recommendation)

Looking for good and people with experience.Not too costly also.
Had been doing with waterproof eyeliner but in the end cannot tahan because after 4 hours my eye will smudge and I look like raccoon.
I got oily skin.. Have to wash face twice during working hours and redraw. Using hyaluronic acid skin moisturizer also.

Had been using EMpro waterproof eyeliner, 1 day tatoo from Sasa.

ANy suggestion is much appreciated

Looking for EYELINER EMBROIDERY ..the type that i don't have to draw everyday and can wake up with fabulous big eye or maybe look pretty even after rainfall??

Silent partner/Sleeping partner in a company

My friend is opening a new business but require a Malaysian to be a Director in the company to be partnership.
He asked me if I'm interested to be a Sleeping partner/Silent partner in the company.
I have no experience therefore I'm here asking advice from people who have experience in this situation.
I only manage to glance through the general idea of that position but what I need to be very sure of is the risk I will be taking.
So please advice on:
1. Risk that I will have to face shall things fall through into drain? (Not being negative just being cautious)

2. How will it effect my own personal income tax as I also have another partnership(active partner) with another company?
Will I need to submit both company when the tax season is in JUNE?

EA FORM FOR TAX PURPOSE

I have just started a business as a sole proprietor.

When I ask my accountant she said I do not need to apply for a EA NUMBER as Im not a SDN BHD.

However I also heard even as a sole prop.. I also need to register. This is confusing for me. Because I have 4 staff only, and I understand they need document as they will need to do tax submission next month, but Im unsure what document they actually need.

So do I need to go INCOME TAX dept to register anything?

My relative studied first semester in business foundation but result was FAIL in all subjects....

I didnt study in Inti before so I wanna ask How can a student exactly FAIL ALL SUBJECTS?
She attended all classes.. did the assignments (excluded team assignment which eam work is desperately needed yet unable to obtain)
SO.. please help me to understand this..

Because if she is really reaching this level (meaning no foul play) What other option she can have? With current situation and market ..its almost impossible to survive on SPM level..

Japanese Buffet

Saisaki (WIsma UOA) _ Bad review good review (from tripadvisor)

Zipangu (Shangri-la) _ same also (from tripadvisor)

the review is very mix ...all say food and service is getting from good to bad

Tried once at Shogun 1Utama - nice.. 3 years ago ( not going back here because need it to be at kl in time to go watch sunset from Wisma KH )
Second Shogun Sunway - Might as well eat steamboat buffet at the sunway roadside. terrible..even the basic sashimi and sushi is not there

Now my dilemma... my bf having birthday coming up this weekend and he enjoys great food ( i think he is more picky )
And i wanna treat him to good food... well im picking the japanese and he is happy as long is good food..sometimes he order new dishes to try but if food is bad he rather not finish them.

SO which is actually good in term of food..
IS A BETTER CHOICE....both prices is not that cheap but will be nice not to choice wrong place to eat at least not wasted ..

any recommendation?
