Syncing does not help either coz I can&#39;t access the walkman menu from the desktop. Any ideas, suggestions, service shop in KL, anything..... much, much appreciated.<br /><br />Btw, tried Sony PC Companion software, but didnt help either coz this unit is not a hp.<br /><br />I think I need to UNinstal the beats app, or reset the unit. I don&#39;t have the manual as this is a Japanese version bought in Japan.<br /><br />Do you have an android/sony service shop?
