Laptop HDD stop responding

Windows Explorer crashes upon right clicking of OS:C, sometimes it just crashes randomly. Am suspecting malfunctioning of HDD, or might it be other issues? Ran a lot of scans and defragmentation on the laptop.

Preventing cardiovascular disease

What is the best excercises that can be carry out by people aged 40-50 with cardiovascular disease? Is it advisable for them to carry out vigorous excercises such as playing badminton or soccer for more than 1 hour? should they eat more ice cream? Drink a moderate amount of alcohol for the increase of HDL? Is it safe for them to take statin or aspirin? Besides walnut and almond, what are the foods that contains a high amount of omega-3 oil that are good for reducing cholesterol level? If the person that are exposed to the risk of getting cardiovascular diseases work as a mechanic and need to use up a lot of energy and strength in performing their task, can we call that as excercise? Can i have some consultation from any of the health experts here? Thank you in advance.

can i get some recommendation from any pros here? ASRock MOBO available in Malaysia? where can i get it? i want to build a rig that can last for at least 2 years and can be upgrade next time when i need to. Also i am not interested in overclocking the PC. So, Help me out please...!
