SuperMiKi The Museum Of Kopitiam Thu, 02 Aug 2012 09:02:26 +0800 http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/2451381 i need someone who have experience dealing with recruitment firm in getting a job...<br /><br />okay the story is like this,<br />i set my resume on jobstreet as searchable, one day...i got a call from EPS, which is a recruitment firm. they told me they have been through my resume and would like to shortlisted me to an interview and their client is JMC (join moving circle) ...after several days, i&#39;ve got a call from JMC, we have a phone interview... he say, i&#39;ll be working at cyberjaya if i got to be hired and their client is Hewlet Packard....JMC is actually a recruitment firm and i thought JMC is the employer which i will be work for.... we managed to talk about salary, and they offer me with RM2100 ...which increase by 30% from my previous salary...he then told me he will calling back next week which is around this week if i get the job.<br /><br />the thing that confused me is, why big company like HP is using 2 recruitment firm in staff intake?<br /> i never go face to face interview with them either EPS and JMC or HP.... that way also can be hired?<br />does the salary offer RM2100 is okay for my 2.5 years experience and diploma level? the job that being offer to me is desktop engineer...<br /><br /> from my understanding, HP will pay certain amount from staff salary to the recruitment firm...okay now got 2 recruitment firm, so my salary will be cut to pay those firm ? then my salary is decrease dramatically..... don&#39;t u think so? or my understanding is wrong.
