I'm a fresh graduate and I joined this local bank in mid of June as an executive. My 6 months probation will only end in December. This bank just undertook another bank recently. Today, all of us got a letter where it's stated that the bank now has in excess 11,000 employees and they are offering us VSS. We do not know what action will be taken by HRM if the number of employees who are willing to take VSS didn't hit their target. I'm in dilemma and worried if they didn't hit the VSS target:

1) Will I be on top of the list for lay-off, etc? Maybe they'll use the method of last in, first out.
2) I wonder if I'll get a confirmation after probation period as they're in excess of 11,000 employees!

What do you think and what will you do if you're in my situation?

I thought this is going to be those chick-flick series like Gossip Girls but it's not. The mystery of the murder and who is the real A actually made this series quite addictive to watch. As I know, 8TV is currently airing the series but I'm not sure until which episode.

I reset the setting of my phone after having problem to install my MMS setting for a few times. After the reset, my MMS problem is solved. However, now I'm left with a mute phone!!! There's no ringing (only vibration) when there's incoming call, message, listening to MP3 or alarm. I'm not sure if this is a hardware problem or not. It all happen after the reset.

I already tried to flash my firmware however, the problem is still the same. Do you guys know what's the problem?

Mongrel/ Mutt/ Mixed Breed Dogs Community

It seems like most of the threads in Pets Wonderland are for pure breed dogs. I couldn't find a thread for mutt/ mongrel or mixed breed dogs. I have a mutt which my brother saved from a neighbourhood 6 years ago. He's now a part of our family. He's 6 years old now and I just don't know why sometimes he loves to sleep under the sun.

I hope that this can be a good platform for other owners to discuss about the furry friends/kids.

What is a Mongrel/ Mutt/ Mixed Breed Dog?
