Yes 4G & Windows 8 Problem

Anyone having troubles connecting their Yes 4G on the Win8 OS? Even though they haven't offered any support for the OS, I managed to connect to the network only once or twice - the other attempts failed even though my dongle is getting power and I checked on device manager it seems to recognize the device.

Any help would be appreciated [:
