I bought a GPU from China, GTX 1070 8GB from Gigabyte, now it is broken and need to warranty, is that a way to get warranty from Malaysia? Bought it 2 months ago.

Hi there,

I just bought a new heatsink for my processor.
But after I install the heatsink , the temperature goes higher than the original heatsink that came with it. ( currently 60- 68 C)

I'm using:
nvidia 750i p5n-D motherboard
Q9300 processor
some normal power supply 510W

Can another tell me what's wrong? I install the zalman heatsink according to the manual.
