i just got raided in hotel

so last night me and my fiancé check in at this budget hotel.. normally we dont go to budget hotel.. but that night ayam too lazy to find other hotel.. the whole day we jalan2 and we just finish watch movie at cinema that night so we just find nearest hotel to crash.. the hotel memang a bit sus.. some more the door got sign of forced break in.. we just ignore all these signs cus too tired dy.. at about 1am someone knock the door so loud.. so i open the door, they show their id, ask my ic, and ask us questions.. i think they got introduced who are they but cant really understand them i just got out of sleep really blur.. they ask who is she.. i say at first she's my wife.. but then they ask for marriage card.. then only i admit say we are actually only engaged at the moment.. then they ask proof if we're engaged.. then i show our engagement photos in my phone.. then they are ok with it, return my ic and go away.. i cant really see their ID clearly i just got out of sleep so blur2 i not sure who are they.. are they religious authority, or are they police in plain clothing, or just ppl playing pranks.. i see them knocking on other guests doors as well.. wth just happened?

Title transfer and consent got rejected

Hi guys. I am buying this low cost apartment. Paid deposit, loan already approved, offer letter signed, S&P already signed. But the title transfer and consent got rejected by Lembaga Perumahan dan Hartanah Selangor because they wanna preserve the bumi quota? It's not really clear why got bumi quota since i purposely chose this house due to its being a non-bumi lot. I'm first time home buyer so I really blur about this. My lawyer also not so dependable, kept me in the dark and hesitant to explain further. The lawyer got appeal for the rejection but it has been a few months. Should i just wait it out? What if i don't want to proceed because of this rejection, will my deposit burnt? Your advice is much appreciated

for me i would say PJ. Many employment opportunities with high incomes. Most PJ ppl are open minded and educated. PJ ppl much more chill compared to KL and penang. Not much skyscrapers. Yes there is traffic jam, but ppl still try to be civilized. Restaurants are still affordable mostly.

If u disagree, can discuss what's the other city that u like to live and work?

i like this one place in sungai buloh, at sri putra area. Price is 150k, 5 storey apartment/flat walk-up type. The unit is at 1st floor at corner. 720 sqf, 3 bedroom 2 bathroom. It is freehold, and subsale. The neighborhood seems nice. But it's near to chinese cemetery i dunno if this will affect the price. I'm just a noob in property and first time buy house so i don't know what to expect. Any advice what else to consider before i proceed the next step? thanks a lot

i felt sick since yesterday.. today i go pharmacy buy self test kit.. result comes out 2 lines, positive.. do i need to go do pcr to confirm the result? im feeling super dizzy and coughing like crazy so uncomfortable to go out.. and pcr test so expensive.. should i still do pcr? i think antigen should be enough right

I'm not a leader type person. I'm timid and quiet. I just know how to do work only. I don't think I do a great job at my current level. I tell my boss I'm not ready and listed out my weaknesses, but my boss said to just take this opportunity to learn leadership skill. Will this end badly? I just afraid I can't meet my team's expectation

so this week i got buy new car and need to sign agreements, collect car, etc, so i came late to office twice this week.. but i already informed my manager and she's ok with it.. suddenly today receive email from hr give reminder because i come late twice this week, some more the email they cc director.. dafuq? i email them back and cc my manager saying i already got permission lor u think i suka2 come late ar, some more i replace the time by leaving late from work to finish off my job..i butthurt because they cc director, my reputation already tarnished.. my manager got give good kpi for me but now director see my face will mark me as late comer liao.. fffuuu.. hr got nothing else to do meh?

My boss is kepoh type, he needs to know everything. The thing is I will be going to our client's. And I still have 2 months notice to serve too . Even though there's no clause stating I cannot go to client's place in my offer letter, I prefer to keep it secret. I'm planning to tell him that I'm going back to my old firm. Do you think this will backfire?

So my uni friend, from Thailand, visited malaysia on 10 March. By right planned to go back to his country on 25 March. He's stuck at Malaysia until now since Thailand also impose lockdown and only let certain number of Thais to return in a day. Everyday applied to return always denied since application is full. So he just chill here first. But then lately got news that immigration is taking action on foreigners. Will he be in trouble?

Today i went to 99 speedmart. The queue become damn long because only 1 counter is open and the customer in front got problem with her credit card. Then another staff open another counter. Then this sohai in front of me change to that new lane and threaten to punch the staff who open the new counter. The staff just say sorry sorry. Almost want to fight with the staff. Me another ppl was like sabar bang bukan salah dia. I already witnessed 2 sohai customer acting entitled this month. Why people are so damn rude?

So far I did a few accounts for my friends' small businesses just for side income. But lately I receive more requests. Now thinking of registering with SSM. I got accounting degree, worked in small audit firm for a while and did accounts, tax, audit for our clients. But no ACCA or professional qualification. I just aim to do accounts for small business and individuals only. Will I get into trouble without professional qualification? And is there strict licensing requirement like audit and tax firm?
