Monetary loss to company

Hi all. Asking on behalf of a friend which was transferred to HR department not long. Previously working in purchasing department before being transfer to HR.

So during the 1st month of payroll he key in and issued payment to those who sign letter offer but MIA. Loss was about less than 10k. His supervisor was suppose to check and give greenlight before issuance of salary. The supervisor inform that he can cover and don't inform higher management. But my friend insist as he cannot accept that he cause a mistake and not inform management.

After informing higher management, they get him to sign a letter (to which unfortunately he did) that he will compensate 10% from his salary each month.

He later on appeal but management still pins the bulk of the fault to him, saying that he should check properly as his supervisor is also busy on his own work. My friend pay 80% the supervisor about 15% -20%. My friend was able to recuperate just about 10% from the loss by calling those MIA staff.

My friend is thinking to just MIA or give resignation letter 1 month notice.

But afraid that there is consequences where the company may persuade legal actions to him / blacklist etc.

He feels unjustified as he was transferred to HR due to the higher management from the HR department dislike him. No official letter or whatsoever on change of department.

Car insurance

So this is the first time I am paying for my yearly car insurance. May i know on how you guys pay the insurance, as in do you guys pay the full lump sum as stated by the insurance company or below the stated sum?

My mom refer me to gauge for the current market value of my car, Myvi 2014 1.3cc (A). She inform me that I do not need to overpay the insurance as per stated by the insurance company, just need not to underpay the current market value of my car.

the total premium payable is RM1506.35. So guys do i need to pay as per the amount stated or just pay enough and not underpay ?

Apparently malaysian Dota 2 player,Sharky just passed away while in his sleep. Still don't know what is the cause but damn he is still so young.
Just saw him a few days ago kat PC fair.

My current rig which i hav been using for the past year. dont even ask on how i am able to survive without a gpu,lol.
suggestions on gpu for my curent rig, play mostly dota2. other games may include bioshock infinite, borderlands 2 etc

budget : rm400-550-ish

i do know that r7 265 2gb ddr5 can easily max out dota2 in 1080p, but any other suggestion for the cheaper side.

Illegal parking summons

Hi guys, today I've parked illegally behind Times Square on the yellow line. When I came back in a short while if I am not mistaken its a DBKL officer (light blue uniform) who is in the surrounding area is recording cars who is parking on the road side. So I would like to ask where can I check all these parking summons since they do not issue any parking summons ticket to me or will they send the summons to my hse ?

Besides DBKL who are the other law enforcers who is able to give out parking summons?
