USB 3.0 driver for winxp

Hey everyone, need some help here.

Just bought a USB 3.0 PCI express card (4 slots) from Sri Computers. Plug into my machine, currently running Windows XP 32bit. It does not auto install as previous USB cards and the box doesnt come with drivers. Anyone knows how to get it working or where can i dl the drivers

Am thinking of buying an xbox 360, but not sure if its better to buy an original set or a modified one. Here's my requirements;

- i wont be playing online games, will just play as a single player
- pirated games are much more cheaper

any comments or suggestions? Dont plan to spend much money on the xbox, just want the basic set to play games only
