Cancel Car Loan Agreement

Hi all LYN members,

The story is long, so I'm gonna cut it all short and go straight to the point.

I decided to get a used car from a car dealer.

The situation now is the car dealer has not deliver the car to me after I have signed the agreement for more than 2 weeks time, not even the Puspakom inspection is done. Basically there is no process going on before and after the agreement is signed.

The car dealer keep on have excuses on getting the car grant from the current owner etc. So the name changing cannot be done. I keep on call and call and text the car dealer to give me a timeline on when can I get my car delivered, but many promises had been made on car delivery date and broken as well. I got fed up and pissed now.

So my question here is, am I able to cancel my car loan agreement (Public Bank) after my guarantor and I signed the agreement?
