Why you want to leave your current job?

Let say you are going for an interview, but currently you are working at one company for about 7 months or so. When go to interview, normally the person will ask you to describe a little background about youself and job functions that you worked. Then will suddenly come to this question: "So, tell me why you thinking of leaving your current company?"
Have you all come across this Question? How to answer back??
Please rise up your opinion.

Conver mp3 to Wav format

Hi, i'm using NK6600. As you know when incoming call ring, it only can support .wav, or .rm format. Canot support .mp3 for incoming call. Do any1 know where to download the s/w that can cut the mp3 then convert it to wav file?

I remembered last time i got download 1 s/w from net (forgot the name ad), when i convert to wav format then transfer to my phone memory, then play, canot, it said file not support. But play in pc can lo. Why like that? Is already in .wav file, but why the phone stil can't support?

Hi ppl, i'm new here. I'm not sure whether i post it in the correct topic o not. I would like to ask is any1 know about SAP? And where to take SAP course and any job opportunity for non SAP emp to learn SAP while working??
