BIS Plan Connection

Hello, i'm new in blackberry, i had a problem regarding BIS plan.

Just a moment I had activated BIS Bonus plan from maxis. after that, i check my credit, rm20 had been deducted from my account credit.

So i thought i successfully subscribed but when i want to login fb, twitter, error occured said "its saying you are currently on a service plan that doesnt support this application, pls contant service provider to upgrade your plan" I kinda confius at this time.

I also have checked on Service Status and it appear my BIS "Not Connected". Anyone experience same like me and any solution?
