Pc not boot into bios

Hello guys, need help here... so last night i update my pc using tweakbit and after the update finish my pc suddenly turn off by itself and turned on back. The problem is when the pc turned on back there is no display at all. I try to restart the pc back and i realize it not boot into bios, i also tried to plug out the ram and there is no beeping sound. On the ez debug led that have on the board have red light at cpu. Is it mean my mobo dead?

Any master on using Gtkdialog in Ubuntu

Hi, currently i am trying to create a GUI program using a gtkdialog on ubuntu platform. Still new with this gtkdialog, have found a lot of reference but maybe the way human type is more easy to understand.

the problem that currently i have is

1) How to import picture into the program ? ( i already try direct to the location of the picture and it is not show up btw the format i use is jpg)
2) How to redirect the program to the other program? ( i mean like click the button then it will pop another program

Currently just assemble my first pc and the problem is after i turned on the pc the monitor is blank but detect signal from the mobo..

my pc spec i5 6400 (2nd hand)
ASUS h110m k (2nd hand)
fsp hexa 550w
gtx 1060

monitor being used doest have any problem

already try using dvi mobo to dvi monitor , vga mobo to vga monitor , dvi gc to dvi monitor
