Hi all,

Currently I'm staying in a rented room somewhere in Petaling Jaya and my permanent address (nric address) which is family house is in Subang Jaya, Selangor.

When filling in permanent and current/correspondence address on the job application form and personal details information, should I put in the house address of the room I'm renting as current/correspondence address or just fill in only my family home address in the permanent address column?

As I'm not renting whole house/apartment unit, so I'm wondering should I need to fill it in with the home address of room I'm currently renting ?

Please advise and comment, thank you.

Hi,

I recently join my new company but there is misunderstood or there is not really true telling about that I am actually one person working in the Department, which is replacing the person that interviewed me. As I know it was to replace someone else and my head that I reporting to is actually not in my department and don't know about my field much.

As this only person role, the company will much depend on me which makes me cannot even resign from the company even in probation notice as the person is resigning also which left me after he passed over to me. There is no team, just myself.

Any idea or how do you think about this? I am stucked now.
