I'm moving out from my room that I shared with my roommate. So, she needs a new roommate.

Reason: Moving in with my cousins.

Room Details: 1) Studio Room but suitable for students.
2) All furnitures are ready. (study table, washing machine, stove, uni-fi, mattresses etc)
Except for personal essentials like pillows, blankets, etc.
3) Convenient for students around SS15 area and Taylor's Uni (easy access of shuttle bus) as well.

Preferences: Female Students.

Rent ranges: RM1K per month per person.
Reasoning: Some might say it is expensive but I believe the price to be just right for a new and high maintained building.
It is security tight so, you're safe and also surrounded by food places inside AND outside the building. The building is also very conveniently located. You can find everything!
