i am currently planning to move house.
Previously, when i was using unifi, they called and informed me that moving to maxis would be free.
i told them about my situation, explaning that i would move next year , and they assured me that the relocation would be free.

However, when i checked recently , they are now asking me to pay rm 300.
How can i file a complaint about this issue?
