Eisenwald Cupid&#39;s Corner Fri, 27 Feb 2015 22:36:30 +0800 http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/3503240 recently im facing some problems and i need to move out from home and stay alone. currently im working in kl and bf is moving to another state from where im staying and working. sis wants my whole family move to her house in johor. but i would choose not to stay with her bcuz of her character. and my current work keep dragging my claims until almost 1.5 months or more and not paying me OT although is stated in the contract. they throw me a few months works and give me few weeks to finish it although it is not my fault. the one who responsible resigned and now came back after half year and i almost done half of what she left to me. in literally say will give me OT but they didnt. now they are verbally say give me promotion after i have done everything. do you think i should stay in this company? in this company, i can learn a lot. but i can learn everywhere too.<br /><br />1st decision is : move to johor and tahan my sis&#39;s character. then work in s&#39;pore and start saving to the max. stay in johor, savings will increase double probably and dont have to pay rental but still need to pay to parents. also, ppl will talk bad about me by saying me useless, staying in sis&#39;s house etc <br /><br />2nd decision is : be independent and continue work here and see is there any changes in future or any increment soon. (i worked here almost 1 year only)if i stay alone in kl, expenses will go up. if i leave, will be bad record.<br /><br />any suggestion?
