Hi folks! A total noob here when it comes to car batteries.

Can someone tell me which brand suits Proton Saga and Perodua Axia cars the best? Both cars have multimedia systems installed in them, so uses quite a bit of electrical supply when running.

When surfing the next, so many brands appear, but not sure which is better. Please help. Thank you!

How To Do Remote Connection For Free?

Hi folks! Need your kind advice.

I wish to access my office PC at home. My office PC has internal server-linked softwares such as Sage UBS and TCMS, so I can't access them directly from home without a remote connection to my office PC.

Any recommendations on remote connection software? I don't wish to pay a bomb for it. It's just a regular job which can extend to odd hours at times.

Hi folks! I got for the house a HUSINGE ceiling track light from IKEA. It says on the box that max wattage is 35W.

I've got the adapter that converts the existing GU10 bulb base to E27 base. Would the lamp be able to take it if I replace the bulb base and put in 5 bulbs of 10W each? Total then would be 50W, above the 35W max indicated on the product box.

Would appreciate constructive advice on this. Thanks a million in advance!

Hi folks!

My apologies if this sounds dumb, but this is new for me. My office has about 20 PCs. Is there any way we can avoid buying separate Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office software for each of these PCs?

I wish to follow the law and get genuine licenses, but with each Windows license costing RM 600 plus and each Office license costing RM 700 plus, it's looking super expensive for this SME company!

Please guide me. Truly appreciate any constructive advice given. Thanks a million in advance!

Newbie to KODI and TV Streaming.

Hi folks!

I am a total newbie to the world of KODI, TV Streaming and those little box devices sold in the market now to watch shows via the internet. Prior to this, due to the nature of my job (travelling daily), I rarely watched TV, and ended up donating money to ASTRO for the past 2 years after signing contract. I officially terminated my ASTRO a few days back right after the contract expired.

I visited Lowyat Plaza and Section 14 Digital Mall this recent weekend and the salesmen there tend to give me conflicting recommendations on which device I should get. RAMs, processors, build year, compatibility, etc. I am definitely very confused now! LOL. I just wish to watch shows on my LCD TV at home.

P/S: I like Syfy and TVB series in particular.

Electrical Products From China

Hi folks!

Recently, I've been seeing numerous products from China being sold here (either online or retail). Now, I noticed that most of these products seem to be set up slightly different from the local ones here i.e. there's no green wire (earth) present in these electrical product's wiring (and plug head). I only see a blue and a red, OR, a blue and a black wire present in the wiring.

Are these products still safe to use? Is it safe to use an electrical product that has no earth wire? Would these electrical products from China be compatible for our plug points? Do share your insights on this and advice where necessary.

Hi folks! My little girl, a 14 year old Shih-Tzu, seems to be having cataracts, possibly in both eyes.

However, given her age, as well as the numerous 'horror' stories I've heard from various pet owners, I'm concerned on getting the right medical care for my girl.

Several years back, she underwent a surgery to remove a tumour on an eye at UPM Animal Hospital. A Dr.Chong (i hipe i got the name right!) performed the surgery.

Does anyone know her, and if yes, where she is practicing now? When i called UPM, i was informed that she's retired but practicing pricatelyprivately.

Alternatively, does anyone have any good experience with their pet's surgery at any of the local pet hospitals? Please share.

Hi guys! Does anyone here know any painters that can paint a house (condo) for cost saving price? The last thing i want is a chinaman contractor coming and quoting me a sky high rate but end up i see Indonesian workers painting i.e. which means the contractor took a huge cut, as the daily wage for these workers are very very cheap.

Hi ladies! A quick question. I need to purchase a few new blouses for my bed-ridden grandma. She loves wearing those amma blouses with no collars. These blouses tend to have floral prints on them.

Does anyone know where i might be able to get them i.e. Elderly Women's Blouse (No Collar)? The usual shop that i used to get for her has closed down. I'm stumped where else to look.

Is 'unofficial' printer ink and cartridge safe?

Hi folks!

A quick question. I've got 2 printers i.e. Canon Pixma MX 457 and HP Photosmart. Both are out of ink. I just went to Digital Mall at Section 14. The gentleman at the ink sales counter recommended that i use the 'unofficial' (a.k.a. fake) ink which is via a gadget of sorts (i see a ribbon of sorts link from inside the printer to several conjoined plastic containers).

Are these gadgets/unofficial ink safe to be used on the printers? Are there any long term effects that might spoil these devices? The gentleman there said there's only 1 type of gadget used to distribute the inks and that he sells it. Is that true, or are there other designs/types of gadgets out there? The one he is selling looks really ugly ad the ribbon sticks out like a sore thumb from the printer itself. I smelled something and said I'd think about it first.

So here i am asking for opinions and advice on this matter. Appreciate the guide give here. Thank you!

Was thinking of registering a domain address with GoDaddy. Is it safe.

1. Are they reliable?
2. Do they lock the domain address once you buy it, or can you transfer it out to other hosting companies after 3 month.
3. If they allow transfer, do we have to pay a big penalty?

Their pricing is very cheap.
