            <title>Property Managers - Johor</title>

            <description>Hi sifus&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am looking for a property manager in Johor Bahru to take over looking after my property in Johor.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I dont have enough time to do it properly, so I figure it is better to outsource it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am after a property mangers who will look after all aspects - finding tenants, signing contracts, collecting payments, property maintenance for any issues that arise etc.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am also looking for another property, so it makes more sense to outsource.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Any recommendations - even if you prefer via PM that&amp;#39;s fine.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thanks all</description>

            <description>My aunts just sold her property&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The tax on capital gain is RM8000&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Does she need to pay now upon signing SnP to the lawyers?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Or does she pay it in her tax return at the end of the financial year?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thank you for your help</description>

            <title>Palm Oil Plantation - How to buy and manage?</title>

            <description>I am interested to get involved in Palm Oil Business, so I have been looking for land - not big, just 10 Acres or so.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But, I am so curious - I see HUGE land sales - example:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Palm Oil Agricultural Land&lt;br /&gt;- Cost: RM1.1 Billion&lt;br /&gt;- Land: 30,000 acres&lt;br /&gt;- Yield: 200,000 FFB Metric Tonne&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So my questions are:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. How in the world to buy land worth RM1.1 Billion  &lt;!--emo&amp;:stars:--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/rclxub.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='rclxub.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt; &lt;br /&gt;2. If the land is alreadt planted, where are the workers / housing for workers / mills etc?&lt;br /&gt;3. Why are they selling the land and not the business running the land? Woudnt they have a full business, employees etc? So why only sell the land?&lt;br /&gt;4. Why advertise on sites like mudah and iproperty? These are billion Ringgit asking price, how can common person be interested?&lt;br /&gt;5.             <title>Buying Condo with number 3A</title>

            <description>Hi sifu&amp;#39;s,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am conidering buying a condo, well service apartment actually.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It is on 27th floor, corner unit, but the unit number is 3A.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I checked and every floor has unit numbers 1, 2. 3, 3A, 5 etc&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am not superstitious, so for me I don&amp;#39;t care.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But this is investment property, so I will be looking for rental and capital appreciation.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Any problem?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Advice?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;thanks bosses&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thomas</description>

            <title>Bought Under-construction property for cash</title>

            <description>I need advice and knowledge of all sifu&amp;#39;s please. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I bought a bungalo under- construction property for own stay, and I bought it for cash, no finance. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;At the time I put a down payment , and calculated that I would have enough to pay in full cash on completion 2 years from signing SnP..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There is about 4 months till completion and I have realised that I am not going to have enough on completion.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bangalo SnP was for RM2.6mil - but I will end up about RM500k short. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What are my options?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What are the consequences for me?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What will the developers do?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Please help advice needed. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thomas</description>
