Best software to run video in .mp4 format

guys, my laptop is SONY VAIO VGN-SR26GN using ATI Graphics HD 3470 card and 4GB RAM.

I've downloaded a few latest One Piece anime and found that it's lagging a bit (in the past for other .mp4 video file are OK, even after i've format my laptop, it's still the same). The voice tends to be faster than the video a bit, or sometimes for 1 - 2 seconds no sound coming out while video keep moving.

I'm using Windows Player classics to play it (installing from COmmunicaty Codec Pack). I suspect this might be software problem (as i believe even though this graphics card is OLD, but it should be capable to run it smoothly rite?). Can anyones please help to advise?

Guys, last week 14th dec 2008 i've buy a Asus G50V Notebook.
They has committed to be that they'll be supplying 4 GB DDR 3 RAM. When i pay the money, i noticed the invoice is stating that it's DDR 2 RAM.

Then i ask the person who serve me (not planning to put his name down to avoid him being damaged reputation) and he advised that it's confirmed DDR 3 RAM. Then i asked him to reprint the receipt but he said the system cant be changed. But he said if anything happen, look for him. SO i asked him to write down on the invoice, at least as an assurance.

Now when i'm about to collect it, i've been in advised that it's DDR 2 RAM!!!!. Now he said if you dont want, he'll cancel the order and return back the money to me.

How can this be happening? Are their way of doing business by initially promise this and that for the sake of getting the order. But now since the problem occurred, they're asking me to cancel the order?? Where's the business etnics??

Can anyone please help to advise who's their manager (low yat plaza) or the owner's name and contact no? He has said the manager is called Mr. Tan originally. But then ask me to call another manager and said it's Mr. M, which i've known from the name card saying he's an assistance supervisor, not manager!

It's a bluff...

Can anyone please help to advise the manager's name and contact no?

===========================================================================
Sorry guys, due to many ppl is some being helpful, and some being offensive (might b from evernew or IT vendors), i would like to put a stop in this thread. we're all adults and educated ppl. put a stop, and for those who would like to share info to me, to put for guidance to me, you're most welcome
