Tips on learning more about my car

ScaryKidsScaringKids — Tue, 12 Dec 2006 21:43:39 +0800

Recently i had a very bad experience servicing my car (Kancil). Due to my nearly zero knowledge in cars, I have to bear a hefty cost for current service plus additional headache that the workshop has caused me. They claim to fix my problem here but now my car is having high temperature problem and i cannot take back my car from the workshop.

I would like to know, how can i start to learn more about my car? Although i know that troubleshooting car's problem is not as easy as simple as the computer, but at least i would like to have a knowledege to pin point certain problems should anything arises.

Not enough disk space installing Java StudioCr8tor

ScaryKidsScaringKids — Wed, 14 Jun 2006 15:46:21 +0800

The directory /tmp//istemp11057165154132
does not contain enough space to extract temporary files.
Please specify a temporary directory using the -is:tempdir
option. Use the -is:help option for more information.

Why do i keep getting this error ? From the forum it says using this command :

./creator-2_1-linux-ml.bin -is:tempdir /tmp/

will get it solved. But i still get this error again and again even though i set other directory. Anyone help please. First time installing FC5 and trying to get my settings to work.
