Hi,

I bought a mini itx Biostar Ryzen motherboard from Newegg USA, I already email Newegg&Biostar to claim warranty in Malaysia but no respond.
There is no big problem with my motherboard but I cant boot into bios bcos some thermal paste stuck in the CPU socket. I try to wash using alcohol and toothpick but still not working.

Can any place repair my motherboard? OR anyone knows how to sent RMA to Biostar Malaysia ?

ok firstly i just started to work about a month at a architecture firm.
my work to design building, and more important is to render 3D.. im quiet good in rendering 3D

the problem is my boss give me a rm2000 laptop for rendering work only.. always crash n hang when doing 3D.. and this laptop cant render at all..

i always use my own PC to do 3D but i afraid if something happen to my PC..

minimum spec for rendering 3D high rise

intel i7
ram 16gb
2gb graphic card

( pc system at least rm4000-rm5000 )

So what the best approach that i need to do to tell my boss about this problem ??? .. i really really need this new powerful pc system..

i gonna stop use my own PC... i need " ayat power " to make my boss buy the new pc system worth rm5000...

btw my salary also low.. my boss alr cut cost by ask me to render 3D since 3d rendering agency charge rm10k - rm20k for one project..
but my boss
ask me to render 2-3 projects in a month... i think why not give me extra 500-1000 since he alr save thousands. SO :

1. What the best way i can do to convince my boss to buy new pc ?
2. Should i stay and demand salary or apply other jobs wt better salary ?

**** After discuss wt my boss,... i show to her the laptop cant rendering, Give new PC price quotation, minimum PC spec for rendering 3D and she said OK, tomorrow she buy new high end PC set..
