Segamat police chief Superintendent Mohd Jumazanzahir Chek Ismail said the 28-year-old suspect will be charged under Section 302 of the Penal Code for murder.

“The trailer driver, who caused the three-vehicle crash here, will be charged at the Segamat Magistrate’s Court tomorrow.

“Police received the order to charge the suspect under Section 302 of the Penal Code from the Johor Public Prosecutor’s Office,” he said when contacted by the media today.

On Friday, Magistrate Amalina Johar granted a four-day remand on the suspect, who also tested positive for methamphetamine, to assist investigations under Section 44(1)(a) of the Road Transport Act 1987 and Section 15(1)(a) of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952.

At the moment its IP region locked so you can't download it with Malaysian IP so you have 2 options.

1.) go through some tideous internet-fu and hope it works
2.) download and activate it and wait for it to be "not free" again tomorrow (not sure but i think it should work)

For option 1, you will have to go to Network settings, select custom, go through all the normal settings until you reach "Proxy" and set it to "Use". Next page, use one of these Open Proxies.

For option 2, just go download it now and make sure you have the red PSN logo on the game indicating that you have "purchased" it. After the free promo period ends by tomorrow, they probably would have removed the IP region lock and its free for you to download using your normal Malaysian IP. Hopefully this works cuz i can't get option 1 to work as I always fail during "Preparing Download".

Will this be worth it to get? Play-asia selling about RM9x.

If anyone got it, please let me know:
1.) Can i install and forget? Means i no need use the BD anymore?
2.) Will the games have the Encore expansions for Monster and Eden? If not, can they be patched from the addons on PSN store?

Actually I only really want Eden and was contemplating buying from PSN already but then I got to know about this 3-in-1 Pack. I tried demos for Monster (TD game...i played enuff of these liow) and Racers (errr.....) and not really my kinda thing. So if the game requires the BD to play, then I rather just get it off PSN store and forget the other two games.
