            <title>WD CLOUD ACCESS ISSUE</title>

            <description>i am using cloud mirror. but i got problem to make my device connected to internet.&lt;br /&gt;i can only use it locally only.&lt;br /&gt;My current device is connected to maxis home router. FYI, the router is connected to TMNet modem. According to maxis, they do not have access to TMNet model. Maxis claimed this setup is same widely in Malaysia.&lt;br /&gt;According to WD, if the device is connected to router, the router is functioning as sort of access point. The device cannot open way or connected to internet. This mean, my phone, or cloud access to my device is not going to happen.&lt;br /&gt;The internet i am using is firebre optic.&lt;br /&gt;anyone can help out?</description>

But I had paid based on the rough amount that the call centre told me through the phone. Go green, ohya... but oh shit in fact for the service I had received.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;On 2 weeks ago, I made another time call to the call centre for request about the pin number again.  &lt;span style='color:red'&gt;Remarks, called up 3-4 times and each time 3-5 minutes of waiting.&lt;/span&gt; The same thing I was informed by the Hong Leong call centre unprofessional personnel...that &amp;quot;you should go to the nearest branch...&amp;quot; While the branch told me again, this is none of their business as EON bank is just newly attached to Hong Leong. A lot of the branches stuff is hiding the actual senarios to the top management I believe. All the complaints is not handled professionally and effectively. Myself and office is located in Kuala Lumpur near Seri Kembangan there.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I plan to shut down my singapore side subcription and moved the service to Kuala Lumpur especially if possible near Seri Kembangan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This would be easier for me to communicate with technical support personnel face to face. But as long as I am travelling around over in Malaysian (from Penang, to KL to Johor), any service provider list i can find ?
