stuttering while gaming

hi guys...i just bought a new laptop with specs i7-11870 and rtx 3080 gpu.. and it also comes with window 11.. at first i face massive fps drop on gaming..the game i play is not too heavy..evil within 2 which is few years ago..before i turned off the vbs my fps can vary from 140 and lowest can reach 7 fps.. after i turned on the vbs the fps now is 140 but it occasionally will have some stutter..like a ssmall lost 4-5 fps per second..anyone know whats the solution? i did some research online and i turned off the vbs and the gamedvr via reg editor..is there any other ways to stabilize the fps? cause when i still using my laptop with rtx 3060..the fps is very stable and wont sutter but it's on windows 10..appreciate all your help guys..

rivatuner good?

Hi..I need some help here..currently I'm using rivatuner to monitor my cpu and gpu while gaming..but i realize recently my cpu temp is kinda fluctuate...last time when i play those AAA games...my cpu will temp will stays around 55 and max would be 68 celcius ( if i play for 3 to 4 hours non stop) but recently even i just play for an hour the cpu temp will start from 58 then straight jump to 72 then back again to 60...is it the rivatuner i' using or my thermal paste not so working well? i'm using i7-10875 and rtx 3060 gpu.. and the themral paste that i use is kryonaut extreme.. and i been using this laptopfor gaming since march..thanks guys for your kind advices

heat spike and drop fps

Hey guys...recently I'm facing sudden heat spike and drop of fps while playing rdr2. I've been using cooling pad and vacuum cooler to keep my laptop to have a low temperature..And I've been using office mode for gaming to keep the temperature low as well..so i monitored my temperature while playing rdr2 is around 55 degrees to 62 degrees..and I set the fps to 43fps...after 2 to 3 hours have about 10 seconds the cpu spike to 86 degrees and the fps drop to 3 fps.. I always take a 5 mins to 10 mins break for every 2 hours of gaming...anything that i can do to help improve my laptop optimization? Thank you so much for all the sifu help..

Hi guys, I've been using Onyx V RTX 3060 for one month now..I've been using this laptop to do some heavy gaming...and the cpu will peak at 93 degrees and gpu will peak at 88 degrees..in order to cool down my laptop I've been kinda obsessed with cooling fan or anything that helps cool down my laptop. So for now i had fully utilized all my usb port, I had 2 vacuum cooler fan and one laptop cooling fan operating while i using the laptop either in office mode or gaming mode. The point is that I experience locked up on my laptop..like hang or jam and can't do anything for like 3 to 5 mins and it forced me to hard reset the laptop..is this problem due to too much power on cooling fan?

Can I add ram with different brand?

First question: Is 16gb ram is enough for heavy gaming on laptop?
Second question: Let's say if i wanna add another 16gb ram to pair with it..is it ok to use different brand but following the mhz?

I'm using one slot of 16gb ram ddr4 sodimm 32000mhz (2933mhzintel/2666mhz ionic)

I just bought Illegear Onyx V 30 series. I realized that when I use gaming or turbo mode, my processor will top at 92 celcius and my Gpu will tops at 88 celcius. Is that normal for gaming laptop? Should i get a cooling pad or the vacuum heat thingy?

hi guys...I'm using 4mbps streamyx at my place...that's the best available in the place where I stay now. And I'm having trouble connect to games like GTA online due to unstable line recently. I hope I can have unifi like the old days in kl.. anyone tried to use YES for online gaming? Cause I would like to play Dying Light or Evolved online as well...please advice and thanks guys!!

Hi..I jus wanna seek advice if there's any side effects for what I am taking right now...I'm taking pre-workout from Muscle pharm Assault and post workout from nitrotech plus 5mg creatine. Is it enough for building up muscles?
My friend ask me to take anavar and pair with another supplement but I had forgot the name or the other pair.. And I search through the net and it shows that anavar is actually a mild steroid.. did anyone tried this before? any side effects?
