its because of the balance element. when your using balance, your forcing all your muscle fibers to be used at once. thats why a lot of body builders like to use free weights in there exercise regimen.

There are a number of very significant benefits to training on gymnastic rings.

hi guys,

im thinking of starting a whey supplement company similar to proteinfactory (http://proteinfactory.com). protein factory specializes in all types of protein in one specific original form. example are like many types of WPC,WPI, hydrolyzed whey,rice protein ect. since in malaysia most whey supplements are not halal approved , i think there's also market for halal supplements. i also think there a market for cheaper whey where you could also buy in small quantities or in bulk. the thing is for the start up, im not going to use any flavor so its quite tasteless. so what do you guys think????
