I recently got a MBA 15" that comes with a 35W dual USB C charger but found out it does have AC current leakage causing tingling feeling when touching the case of the MBA, things got worse when i plug in my metal earphones and it stings my ears. I do have a Ugreen CD226 as well and it does have AC current leakage as well.

After further investigation, the quality of this Apple 35w adapter is under average too

Wonder if there are other decent 3rd party USB PD chargers that doesn't leaks AC current or doesn't give the tingling effect?

RAM Upgrade for Laptop

I just received my Dell laptop and I noticed it comes with a single Micron MTA4ATF51264HZ-2G3 4GB RAM. I decided to make use of the second RAM slot and I noticed a HyperX Impact 8GB RAM price is slightly more pricier than a Crucial CT8G4SFS824A.

I noticed that the HyperX Impact RAM is CL14 and the Micron I am using is CL17, will there be an issue/drawbacks mixing these 2 RAMs together?

Advice and suggestions are welcome

I'm looking for a new 14" laptop that is around RM2k budget for normal usage (browsing, movies and occasionally some photo editing and light gaming). After some surveying i have narrow down to these 3 laptops model. All these comes with a i5 8250U processor.

Ideapad 320s
- aluminium display cover, others plastic
- Nvidia 920MX GPU
- Comes with an IPS display
- 1 RAM slot, up to 8GB RAM
- come with an empty PCIE SSD slot

Ideapad 330
- aluminium display cover, others plastic
- AMD M530 GPU
- TN display
- 4GB soldered + 1 empty RAM slot (total max up to 12GB)
- no PCIE SSD slot

Asus A411U
- totally plastic build
- Nvidia MX130 GPU
- TN display
- 2 RAM slot can go up to 16GB RAM
- no PCIE SSD slot
- fingerprint scanner

Other recommendation are welcome too, as long it fits the budget
