Item being sold/bought: used Resident Evil 6 R3, Resident Evil 6 (PS3)

Date of transaction: 15/12/2012

Details of the complaint : on 15/12/2012, he said the game is still available so I agree to bank in him the amount we agree upon on that same day. After I bank in him the money I SMS and PM him to let him know. still he didnt replied my PM.

Then on 16/12/2012, He replied my PM saying that he is busy didnt have time to check he will check it later. so I said ok take ur time. then no response from him.

on 17/12/2012, (MONDAY) Seller claim to post the item in the afternoon. I ask for the traking ID and he provided me.

on 18/12/2012, I check the ID numerous of time but still the result says "Record not found". post a question in this thread http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/2129499/+520 (poslaju Q&A) that link also explain my situation briefly. It seems that he provided me with untraceable ID.

on 19/12/2012, I still havent receive the package and the ID result still the same. I called poslaju they said seller doesnt post the package on monday because the item doesnt register on their system. I ask for the consignment note he did not want to give me.

on 20/12/2012, Seller lied to me, he said he called poslaju to verify with them that he post the package. the truth is he never called poslaju. now he said his boss will refund me back my money. out of nowhere he claim he is a middle person.

So sorry for the very long post and my english. I'm tired of constantly checking the ID, waiting the package that will not come. I hope his "boss" will refund my money back if he really exist and this thing will not happen to other members.
