iphone 5s keeps restarting

Need help!
Anyone know the recent bug that make iphone crash? I wanna prank my fren that using iphone 5s, I send the bug to him via whatsapps. His phone really crashed turn off. But worst, it keeps on restarting, non stop. Sometimes it can turn on and reach the lockscreen, but after 1 seconds it turn off and restart again. Anyone experience this?

I know S5 and new HTC one are coming out soon,yet I don't wanna spend 2k+ for a phone. My budget is around 1.6k only.
Here's my question

1. Which phone has a better user experience?
2. HTC or Samsung has a better after sales service?
3. Which phone has a better GPS hardware?
4. Battery life?

I wanted to buy a tablet with the size between 7 inch to 10 inch.
I do not want a tablet with incredible specification, just for daily uses, but I really don't like screen lagging or lag when using apps, but I need a camera on it.
I have some question, what is the differences between the 3G+wifi and the wifi model?
Can i make calls and sms with 3G version?
Can I use chatting apps such as whatapps, line, wechat on tablet? Because all of them need to access the sim phonebook and is it possible to use them on a tablet that without sim?
btw, my budget is around 1k or below.
Considering google nexus, asus tablet or samsung tablet.

Transport from Hatyai to Butterworth

Hi! This is going to be my 1st time travel to Thailand. I go to bangkok by flight from penang. Then we take flight again from Bangkok to hatyai. I decide to take train back from hatyai to Butterworth but I heard that the train departure at very early morning around 5am. Can u guys guide me? What is the best way to get back to Butterworth? My friend suggested me mini van but I have no idea about that.

How to use OTG?
Need any apps or driver to installed in order to use it?
I saw a shop selling otg cable, i tried it before i buy it.
When i plugged in the OTG to my phone and to a USB flash drive, nothings happen.
Not even a notification.

Hi!
I own an inspiron 15R.
Yesterday it shutdown suddenly for 2 times, so was today.
That time i was playing online game.
Is it the matter of overheating?
I read some article on the web, it said there might be dust accumulate at the fan and heatsink.

I downloaded speedfan from the web, that software stated GPU FAN 0 RPM
Is it my fan stopped working?need to repair?
can anyone help me?
How to solve it?cheapeast way?
