            <title>Permanent but working as shift?</title>

            <description>Hi All,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Year 2023 not a really great year for me especially on my career and had been a roller-coaster.   &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&amp;#39;ve been in the current company for 5 years with various of roles. Last role 4 months only zz.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And now company facing challenging financial situation and not in a good shape. Therefore restructuring happen and I&amp;#39;ve been throw into a department whereby only doing daily routine job with no career advancement. (2-3 years still got career advancement)Probably new boss no trust yet. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And latest news is that I need to work as shift rotation.(Need to work on PH now) Imagine you are a permanent staff but treated as a contract staff. I guess you guys can know what department by mentioning shift. But now I&amp;#39;m not working as customer service / call centre just only transfer department doing other role.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Since I haven&amp;#39;t receive any transfer letter from HR, is there any right for the new boss can make such arrangement? &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Haiz been interviewed few companies but no luck.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Happy New Year guys~&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;</description>

            <description>Hi all, for the past 2 weeks I&amp;#39;ve been getting Hong Kong contact numbers non-stop after even after I blocked one another will call in. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;These numbers keep calling me non-stop everyday and I have non-related business at Hong Kong also. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Anyone has solution on this? Is calling Maxis will be helpful? My friend said no use also Maxis only will ask you to block these numbers.             <title>Switch Department</title>

            <description>Hello all, just a discussion recently I just switch to another department. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This new department require high and fast speedy level of thinking. Firstly was actually my friend asked me whether wants to join his department. Then without thinking much as I want to improve myself and I jump out from old department. This week is the 1st week I started the task. Honestly speaking direct fail as didn&amp;#39;t reach the expectation &lt;!--emo&amp;:P--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tongue.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt; And also prove that my Excel and Powerpoint is not that strong. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Other than hardworking, I think there isn&amp;#39;t anyway for to improve right? How can I learn and capture things faster? Because I want to catch up with my new department pace as I&amp;#39;m a slow learner. Just a lil bit of history, I did switch department before (2x) at old company.             <title>Laptop wifi keep disconnecting</title>

            <description>Hi all internet network sifu, need help on what&amp;#39;s the solution for my laptop Wifi as it keep dc randomly rough half an hour or 45 minutes. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My iphone and desktop (win 7) still works perfectly fine on the Wifi. Maybe lies on the win 10 update on my lappy?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I tried all sorts of solutions but to no avail. The main one like plug unplug LAN cable on modem, reset modem, flush dns &amp;amp; even system restore also did already.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But my laptop still keep on dc randomly. When I check my laptop driver whether update already it said already updated to the latest driver. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;[attachmentid=10479348]&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;[attachmentid=10479349]&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As you can see from the attachment , I already troubleshoot countless time and the problem will back again whereby all wifi will be empty including mine. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now still ok afterwards will dc again. Haiz I have no solution then ask here if any good samaritan can help me on this?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thank you.</description>

            <title>Should I change my monitor?</title>

            <description>Hi all,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Would like to ask whether is it better to change my monitor as it has this dark purple patch? &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1) I search the internet they say is a dead pixel? Any solution a part from replacing a new one.  &lt;br /&gt;2) On the other hand, this monitor already 10-11 years already. So obviously no warranty already.  Not bad for a Samsung brand though. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Would like to know now roughly how much for a monitor?             <title>UnionPay card &amp;amp; Omnipay asia error.</title>

            <description>Hi all gurus,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Need some help here. I tried to enroll my new Unionpay card via Omnipay asia. However the thing is it pop up card is not activate. The form with the card please register via omnipay.asia but i already done that. The card already got cash already since I transfer from payment gateway before. Today is after 3 working days. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Anything I missed out? I did went to CIMB atm (is this consider activate?) just now with Unionpay logo. But said switch terminal something.             <title>Iphone XS Max GPS not stable</title>

            <description>Hi all Iphone gurus,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Need some advice here. Just change my phone from Iphone 6 to XS Max few months back. Everything was ok so far. Till 2 or 3 weeks ago, went to one place i forgot, my Waze keep showing error &amp;#39;No GPS. Showing approximate location&amp;#39;. Luckily I still knew the road over there. Even my Pokemon Go says no GPS. Rarely had this before when I&amp;#39;m using Iphone 6 (only happened once lah  &lt;!--emo&amp;:sweat:--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/sweat.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sweat.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt;)  but because too laggy and battery kong already.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The problem is keep on and off which is unstable. When driving, it will suddenly pop up that error which is very dangerous when driving to an unknown place. Hv tried various of troubleshooting:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1) Reboot phone&lt;br /&gt;2) On and off Location Services &amp;amp; Airplane Mode&lt;br /&gt;3) Reset network settings&lt;br /&gt;4) Reset Location &amp;amp; Privacy&lt;br /&gt;4) Deleting Waze and download again. &lt;br /&gt;4) Just update Waze just now, still same error occur.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The only troubleshoot I haven&amp;#39;t try is factory reset. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Currently using software 12.4.1 which is the current update. But surprisingly when I&amp;#39;m browsing solution my Waze (forgot to exit) suddenly says &amp;quot;turn left&amp;quot; and Pokemon Go back to normal. Didn&amp;#39;t do anything though.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Should I go to Machine service centre for the solution? Coz coming Saturday going to  Klang area. Haiz new phone wor, why hv this problem? Z.z&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Much help is appreciate.             <title>Probationary extended 9 months</title>

            <description>Hi all good day,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So yesterday just did my evaluation with my team leader and HR. And to be worst, they extended my probationary period another 3 months.  &lt;!--emo&amp;:cry:--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/cry.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='cry.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Actually this is a new company setup since last year. Me and my team leader we entered the company at the same time. At that time, we are in the same boat as our title also the same. So during 3 months, I admitted that I really did mistakes. So after 2 months my job change to another role. By this time, I really carefully executed my job properly. And yet my TL find me under perform and emotional.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So after 3 months++ HR told all of us that we passed our probation period only verbally without confirmation letter as the evaluation did by my direct boss HOD. Then ok I thought we gone through, its just that confirmation letter need to wait pending on some internal investigations. I enter in mid November 18 so should be confirm on somewhere around mid Feb 19. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;After several months of waiting, finally April and I felt weird why evaluate again. To my surprise, all my score was very poor and the only one excellence is my attendance punctuality. So management decided to extend me another 3 months that means July only I will be confirm. Add on my role will change again as they found out I could not fit in the current role which I had 3 years of experience. Then only i realise today things change when our management restructure again which my department is not under the same HOD. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Should I find another job or continue till July?  &lt;!--emo&amp;:cry:--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/cry.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='cry.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt; I feel like I&amp;#39;m wasting my time for 9 months only confirm. If hop to another new job there will be another 3 months probation also.     &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;New setup company/department really tough as all SOP only being setup. For me, I think I more suit to maintaining. Any recommendation guys?</description>

            <description>Calling all IT software experts, I got this error whenever i start my desktop. Would like ask whether I need to download the .dll missing file? Which website is suitable ya? Because i did search at Microsoft Download Centre but do not find it. Try on youtube couldn&amp;#39;t find any solution as well. Anyone expert on this? If yes which website should i search to download this missing file? &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It doesn&amp;#39;t harm my computer though. Just slowing down my pc when I on my pc.             <description>Greetings everyone. I just bought a TP-LINK MODEL TD-W8961N modem few weeks ago. I had done some settings and the internet was normal. But sometimes it is very unstable and the internet line will disconnect very frequently. My connection all are connected to the right plug.
