Moving Cat to KL from Sabah

Hi all,

I have cat about 2 months old , currently taken care of my aunt in Sabah(KK), i would need assistance in obtaining more information as I need to bring her back to KL. My aunt unable to take care of her anymore(her neighbor bising and she is staying in flats)

I need assistance in gaining more information of procedure if it is possible for me to bring her(my cat)to KL, I heard that they will need microchipping and quarantine. Problem is my aunt is not so familiar in sending the cats to vets and such, i will need to know which vets that able to provide full vaccination (with records) and possibly able to do mircochip to my cat.

Do we really need to microchip her up and quarantine (since more within states only)?

Is she too young to be moved?

Do they need full vaccination?

Need advice on the cost and and what to do and not to do please.

your assistance is much much appreciated.

thanks.
