my ROG GL552V can turn on.ive tried all basic step troubleshoot like power flush.remove ram etc etc.any idea what i should do next?i really really appreciate your help!

so, i bought some stuff from USA worth about $100. but its already 2 weeks + and i still havent received the package yet ayam sked, it has arrived Malaysia 6 days ago but the tracking is stuck at

September 4, 2017, 6:21 pm Departed MALAYSIA

Tracking number start with "L"
i have no idea what to do know

Anyone have any experience with USPS First Class Package?how long usually the item will arrive?
