Seeking Urgent Help on KWSP Withdrawal....

Dear all pros and bros here....

Is it possible to get withdrawal from KWSP Acc 2 by faking documents?

OK my story goes like this...
I took a KWSP withdrawal two years ago for my first house....
And due to some financial reasons, I sold the house 1 year ago....

Now I'm deeply needed urgent cash for my personal family reasons again...

The only chance for another withdrawal is only under the "Buying Second House" and "Education" category...which can withdrawal maximum amount from Acc 2....but I think it maybe impossible to apply for something I don't really going to do and faking the documents....

I think I couldn't go for withdrawal for Housing Loan, when the money cannot to be withdraw.....

Any advise out there...will be highly appreciated....

So so so headache....please help....

Selling An Uncompleted Property

Dear all,

I'm looking to sell my property, which is still under construction now.

As I heard from others, we can do it.

But can you tell me what is the procedures we need to go thru?

Of course, if we can go thru agent, it will be easy, but paying 3% of the price to them is pretty steep.

Can we do it by our ownselves? And how we can do this?

Hope anyone can sincerely help me me....appreciate it.

What is "Smart Solution" for Credit Card?

Dear all bros...

Any idea of this 'Smart Solution' thingy?
I dunno where they got my phone....but I got two calls from these kind of ppl recently.

They said they will pay all my outstanding balance for credit card to all my banks, then can reduce 9~12%pa interest.

But I dunno they are from government ppl or private company....what they earn, sounds like scam to me....

Any advice and experience here?

Bros,

Please and just tell me what to do, I'll do it immediately.

* Working in Public Listed Company
* Salary = RM5000 basic
* Future in the life and company (if without all these stupid debts) = Very, very bright
* Age : under 30
* Why in debts : Conned in business with best friend since childhood, left me in such a big hole, he run road to Europe, but I can't, I have a family to take care of

What I can do now :-

1) Go to AKPK (maybe 7-8 years installment plan for all loans)

2) Get another 100K loan to close all multiple loans (just concentrate on one loan)

3) Run road, leave family behind, become a stupid selfish faggot forever

4) Commit suicide, become a sin in everyone's mind forever

Pls tell me what you think, I'LL DO IT IMMEDIATELY, no kidding.
My mind is completely black out now, I dunno what to do. I dunno why I got such a big hole now.
I need strong advice.
