Is it allowed for me to offer if anyone wants to change money without going to money changer? we can use xe . com to refer the latest rate. because bank rate is very high, its such a loss for everyone though its more secure.

if it is allowed to trade/sell/buy here, i would like to offer my MYR/GBP to anyone is studying/travelling/having business in UK etc.

Im currently a student in the UK, doing business there, and sometimes go back and forth to malaysia. Had done quite few transactions with my friends there to avoid bank charges when transfering money.

Procedure,

I would prove and show my previous transactions, my business etc,

exchange bank information, malaysia and UK.

agree with rate and exchange.

its based on trust, and since im new, i really hope that those who want can really prove theyre really travelling/studying there that they may want to exchange money.

hopefully this is allowed here in LYN.

many thanks.
