Tenancy Agreement

Hi guys,

I have a few questions in mind regarding tenancy agreement in Malaysia.

From what I read, the steps to make a legal tenancy agreement is to have signature from both parties then stamp it in LHDN. I would like to know how true is this.

Other than this, I'm also having another problem which is the tenant decides to stop renting the unit after 4 months. This is a bad thing for me as I've spent a few thousands renovating the unit and also paid 1 month commission for the agent. Is there anyway to add in a clause which requires the tenant to rent at least a minimum 6 months?

Lastly, which kind of format would be used for a legal agreement? Can this be used? Tenancy Agreement

Harddisc problem

I've just get myself a WD 500 gb harddisc, it shows that it is 500 gb at bios.. But when I split the partition, it only shows 120gb..

So I splited them into 2 partitions, first with 80gb and second with the around 40gb..

Anyone know what problem am I having ?

Help on graphic card

This computer was bought few years back and now the graphic card have spoiled and I need to get a new one because the integrated one is too slow.

Computer specs
Motherboard - Asus P5PE-VM (it says it supports AGP 8x)
CPU - Intel Pentium D 3.2 GHZ
Ram - 2 x 512 DDR kingston

I'm not really sure the speed of my previous graphic card. I googled and I assume that the speed is 128MB (http://www.searchlighttech.com/searchResults.cfm?part=180-10141-0000-A03)
With the old graphic card, I do experience slow loading and lag when I play Dota and also the videos that I watch would lag when I watch them.

First, I would like to know is that are AGP 8x, 4x and AGP the same thing ?
I would like to know whether is it the higher the MB of the graphic card means the faster it is.
Besides that, I would also like to know that is the lag caused by my previous graphic card ?

Ultimate goal
Im quite short so my ultimate goal is to have 6 packs and not too buff..

I know i have to eat 5~6 meals a day but the question is how much should i eat each time

Breakfast - 1 cup of coffee with oats ( around 3 tablespoon) too little ?
Lunch - mixed rice without rice & milk ( around 2 chicken breast and vege)
between lunch and dinner i'll eat a apple if i feel hungry
dinner - 2 eggs
the last meal i will eat some oats biscuit if i feel hungry

I can do cardio exercise everyday for 30 minutes or more (mostly cycling) But im not sure how much should i do, cause i read somewhere doing too much will also burn ur muscle which i dont want it to happen. I do crunches and push ups everyday but im also not sure how many times i should be doing.

help please ?

it says i have bad status HDD S.M.A.R.T on the boot page there and my comp is quite slow after that..

comp hang with strange screen

erm.. my comp hangs randomly and when it hangs , the screen doesnt freeze.. the screen will turn to white and alot of mix colour...

can i know what is wrong ??
this happens when i change a new mobo and processor and using an old PSU that i got from my friend

im sure its not overheating and i just reformat my comp.. anyone knows how to check if my PSU gives me enuf power ??

pc hang inside warcraft

i dunno why my comp keep getting hang..
mostly when playing dota..

and sometimes after my comp hang.. when i on it again.. it will go to a blue screen tat says failure and then i reset again.. it will still be in the same blue screen.. But if i run safe mode and restart again.. everything will be running normal..

what may cause this ??

i've just reformat my comp and i have a rather old graphic card..
i went to Nvidia To dl the driver as recomended but it still wont work..

when i enter warcraft it will says i need 8.1 directx and maybe driver problem..

i have diretx 8.1 and i think its my driver problem..
