Hi all,

Need advice from sifus. Found a unit at Puchong Permai Villa, 960sf, about 220k, with good condition, partly furnished. I have viewed the unit and personally think the price is reasonable and within budget.

However, I would like to have feedback about this apartment, i have tried to search for information but sadly not much info found. Anyone can share your opinion, especially anyone is staying there?

Wish to buy a low cost apartment

I have a house, which is my house in hometown. I owned it because my father transferred to me. However, my parents are still staying.

My salary not high, and working in Puchong. I wish to buy a low cost flat, the owner wanna sell at 80k ++. But I heard some people said, low cost flat only for 1st house buyer, and there are a lot of restrictions imposed.

I am in such situation, low income, but "own a house". Am i still eligible to buy a low cost flat?

The property agent said geran is already under current owner name and there is no restriction to buy it.

Anyone can advise me about this. Can i buy it without hassle and obstacle?

Cheras Miharja Condo

Who is staying near Cheras Miharja? That is a bit of shock, because when i look at the Miharja Condo market price at Iproperty these days, i found that the condos there for sale for RM300k - 350k? I am very doubt that the old condo there worth such prices, especially with just 950sf.

Who knows the market there? Can such prices for Miharja Condo easily sell out? Any other better condo in Cheras with such prices?

Measures to control house price

Heard from a friend, who is a senior staff in Office of Prime Minister, he said "source" told that, there will be strict and serious measures in the coming Budget Day to control drastically increased house price. But he also not so sure whether that is real "source" or not.

Since so many people reflect the house price issue to PM, perhaps this could be true. And this would be good news for low income people if it becomes reality!

Miharja apartment - part of MRT land acquisition?

I have a doubt, please clarify. Within these 2 weeks, i heard some rumours, saying that the land of some blocks of Miharja Apartment will be making way for MRT car park. One property agent said this, one resident at Miharja apartment also mentioned the same thing when i talked to them.

The agent said, the car park project will be implemented after 4-5 years, i just do not know there is any base behind this story. Please tell me, as i plan to buy the apartment there for own stay, but in dilemma.
