hi guys
newbie in HT system, just doing some research before buying one

just wondering is it possible to change the subwoofer of any preset systems in the market,
for example all the HtiB from sony, lg, samsung etc

is it possible to upgrade the subwoofer to something more class leading while retaining the same HTiB setup?
ive noticed that the connectors at the back are different.

for eg for a LG HTiB, the connection from the player to the subwoofer is just a single cable, splitting into two ends (black and red)
where as the jamo subwoofer has a host of connections at the back, not sure if it'll be connectable to the player..

noob question, but help is much appreciated

hi im pretty clueless on all this talk on 4G93T/4G93/4G63

all i know that they are some mitsubishi engines that can be installed in a wira 1.5?

i have a wira 1.5 manual, if i need better performance, which one should i choose?
i wud really appreciate it if theres like a step by step explanation regarding the process of changing the engine? eg the other upgrades that are essential and comes along with it

and of course, the cost, availability and places recommended for such upgrades?

Hi guys.

Im currently searching high and low for a powerful set of 2.1 speakers around the region of RM400-600
So ive eleminated most models and left with a few models that cant be wrong, hopefully.

Here's the list (price highest to lowest)

1. Edifier S530D
2. Altec Lansing Mx5021
3. Logitech Z2300
4. Edifier C3
5. Klipsch GMX

Bear in mind that we are considering BASS alone, with sound card installed.
Models not listed in the list should not be considered as they already have been eliminated for various reasons ( budget, mainly.)

So, if u have the privilege to have listened to more than one of the speakers in the given list, feel free to give me ur 2 cents.

And im currently eyeing the z2300, so if there is any reason i shudnt be doing that, PLS let me know.
