Can this be patch again?

Hello All,

One of my tyre sidewall got puncture, it's been patched before, but now it starts leaking again like daily down with 0.05 psi, so meaning I have to go pump the air every one or two weeks.

I have asked one of the shop and they said if patch again will probably cause more harm due to the hole might gets bigger.

So just trying to see if there's alternative way to repair or would it be safe to drive if continue with this. My tyre still kinda new and also quite costly to replace it (mi ps4)..

Looking for some suggestion..

Accident , Motorbike and Car

Hello All,

Would like to get some opinion.
Today I involved in a minor accident with a motorbike, basically I did a lane change, then suddenly there was a motorbike appeared on my left side (rear) and he did an emergency brake and fell off resulted with minor injuries.

So I stopped the car and my car looks ok, but the motorbike probably with minor dmg, then I immediately brought the uncle to the nearest clinic for treatment and I beared the cost as well, then additionally I also gave RM100 to the uncle for goodwill.

Now here the story, the uncle son texted me and asking me to bear the bike repair cost about 1.5k++, I then told him that I don't have much money and ask him to go report polis so that it can cover by the insurance. After a few discussion, the uncle called me and said no need to pay that amount but if I willing, I can pay him any amount.

So at the end I offered for RM200 considered a treatment fees for him and also make a call record that this action consider closing the case without involving of polis etc, and he agreed

So my question here, would that be sufficient, and can I use that record for proof if let say the uncle go and report me silently after getting the RM200?

Tbh, I can't really tell who is at the wrong side, because he came out from nowhere when I am trying to make a lane changed, my car totally no scratches or anything at all.

Guys, need some help here.

I need to know what is the procedure of transfering ownership from one brother to another brother.

1. Still loan with bank.. another 25 years to go.
2. The bro that holding the ownership is currently living at other country. Already cut tie with him due to person reason, and he is the main principle when borrow loan.
3. The house is joint with 3 names.

Fyi, I just want to make sure that he is not entitle anything at all, and worried he will get one third once the loan is settled.

Anal Stenosis

Hi Guys,

I had my hemorrhoid removed 2 months back and unfortunately i was diagnosed with Anal Stenosis.
I have gone through the first Anal Dilation Surgery, but the same problem occur again after a month.
Now i am having a hard time to go for BM (I need push very hard all the times and the stools like pencil thin), its seriously a nightmare to me.

Doctor suggest me to go for 2nd time Anal Dilation, and i am just worry it couldnt help much.
Anyone facing the same issue like me? Any other solution besides going for operation?
