stomach cramp

im 25...not a fittest guy in town, but i can do 2.4km under 10minutes..bleep test in level 6 and my bmi is ideal...2 years ago i can do situp up to 50times in 5 set..but nowdays i oni got 2 set then i got cramp...sumtime im doing oni 10situp...then my stomach muscle start to get cramp..im so upset...FYI i doing all the situp and other excercise phase by phase... easy to hard...im doing all the scratching b4 i start my routine...but i easily get cramp in my stomach...am i suffer a seriouse damage on my muscle..or is it a kind of body malfunction or defect?

im a guy who always want to impress frens. i learn and do sumtin just because to show i can do it either.
and i achieved it using my way. lazy and extraordinary. what in my mind now is to gain six pack abs with skinny shaped body.. why i think of it? coz i want to look diffrent in my frens and family eyes whenever i going back home..they will feel weird because i will look more mascular then the last time they have seen me...haha.

the progress goes sumtin like this:
1.download the six pack abs in 5 minute from u tube
2. jog 2.4 km per day in the evening b4 start kicking butt in the futsal court
3. six pack workout after playing futsal
4.super diet....get back ur energy in ur meal: oni rice with vegetable...dont eat meat.by using this method u will feel the rice is not tasty anymore..make ur lidah dumb.so u dont wanna eat full..
5. simple diet..dont eat too much sugar, blabla2
6. oni eat 2 times: for better result eat oni one time.before dark but after workout..extreme!
repeat this 3 week i will loose weight fast.

thumb drive cant detect

my prob occur when i plug my pen drive in my laptop.then rising.exe duplcate them selves in my thumb drive.after several
attemp to remove the virus, i finally able to vanish the virus using flash cleaner downloaded from net. but second later, i noticed tht
the flash cleaner also clean system file in the thumb drive. so when the thumb drive inserted, the USB cant read the device and claim
as"UNKNOWN device" inserted. even when changing port to another port, nothings changed. so my thumbdrive is totaled...wat im scared is the
data inside not the thumb drive....

i own 3 card...all of them are suck now!! i felt like i want to thow all of em in a bin but when consider the bitterness as i start collecting money to buy those card when i was in college...i felt soory...those card reaqlly need a care...a care from their master...so tht they r able to lead their legacy again..so that i can play computer games at night...so where is the hell on this earth i can find sumbudy tht can fix my beloved:

hi, i hv problem with my gc.
i abort scanning artifact on my 6800gt using Ati tool..
a minute after tht my screen gone black...like its in the off mode while other component like hd and fan still running..so i pluck the vga chord frm the card n insert it onbord vga..and its work..so, what haapen to my gc?how to fix it..ialso had tried
1. rub the Gc using rubber
2. take off the gc n insert it again
3. reset the jbat jumper.
but none of this work. plz help me...

im using 8600gt by leadtek..i want to update its driver version..but where??i hd tried leadtek website but icant undrstand since its in chinese... nvidia website only offering driver for win xp..can use tht huh??

graphic card probs

i hv 2 faulty gc...
i dunno how could it happen..
before its happen, the card showing some colorfull lines in screen.it happen when i playing games n sometimes when the pc is restart.
when tis occur i try to fix it by slightly moving the card a bit when the Pc is on.it does fix the probs. but when i on the pc next day, the lines showed again n tis time i couldnt be fixed!..so, wat actually destroy the gc? and could it be fixed?
...lost x1300 and volari v8...

basic electric science...when we hv a battery and a mini motorfan and red&black wire...to make fan flow backward frm foward all we need is to do is change the battery pole.but wat happen if wire in the molex connector has changed betweeen yellow and red??

when i pluggin my short circuit gpu,guess wat happen next??all component in my rig crashed.i took off the gpu n start the pc again.it could not start.if it does, only make it until bios setup and freez there.so i change the mobo..and finally it could make its way to blue screen and when i check cpu health,cpu temp is burnin up 2 90c ...watta hell is going on?? hopefully its not a sign to make me change the proc.neway can celeron D proc fitted to presscot ready mobo?
