asking about safe voltage for ryzen 3600

Hi sifu,

i overclock my ryzen 3600 to 4275Mhz at v1.360. is the voltage safe for long term use? i usually on my pc for more than 14hour everyday.

my motherboard MSI B450 tomahawk MAX and using cooler master hyper 212 turbo for cpu cooler.

i run cinebench r15 3 times and the max temp is 79c.

Need help about CPU speed, are the reading error? Because I only OC it to 3.90GHz but why it shows 5.80GHz?
