Will I get into trouble for honking at a police car?

The location is at a highway exit split into 2. People notoriously cut queue illegally at the front with single solid line.
I've honked at the car cutting queue illegally without realizing that it is a police car. The police car did signal.

The aforementioned car was a Honda city which I did not realize have a small police sticker on the back and the side (Example picture below). Only after reviewing my dashcam footage that I have seen it.
There is blue strobing light inside the windscreen when I pass by the car. No siren though.
The car did not pursuit me or anything.

Is partner parent important?

Is my partner's parent an important factor in a marriage?

Or we can just partially cut off them after married?

My partner is great to me, I love her a lot and she is too.

Their parents on the other hand, is a bit "mental" just to simplify it.

Got severe anxiety and always very negative at home. Like to complain whole day.

How to afford wedding at my age of 32?
Average Chinese wedding cost around 100k in total. My salary is still in a b40 range. Let's just say my savings are still way lower than wedding cost.
Do I have to borrow money instead?
IMO I would prefer to save the money on house downpayment but my girlfriend wanted a ceremony so no choice

Am I asking too much?

Me and my gf stays separately in 2 different district in Klang Valley, so both is still in NRP phase 1.
NRP phase 4 only can have "social meet" according to SOP.

We have not been meeting since May when government lockdown.

So I asked my gf when can we meet based on:
1. If government allow, can we meet? The response is cannot still need to see case number as government cannot be trusted
2. Below what case number? The response is see first with no definite case number. But definitely below 3k (God knows when will Malaysia reach this number)

She gets really stress and angry because we talk about this topic and say that if I am insecure for asking the question.

Want to know your opinion, am I asking too much?

My personal opinion is need to wait until below 3k? This seems "impossible" for malaysia and we should meet when government allows. I have not told her my opinion.

She is VERY STRICT on following the SOP and looking at the case number.
