Guys, if I accidentally drawn the pattern wrongly 15 times, then it will request for the google account email and password. When I type it CORRECTLY (I recheck a lot of time), it says invalid username and password. What should I do?

Recently, I 'bought' a used iPhone 4S for RM850 on Facebook. He called he to bank in him half of the total amount, which is 400. After I bank in-ed for about 2 weeks, I still haven't get my iPhone. Damn! I'm so frustrated now. And the seller is not picking up the phone. I got his bank acc no, telephone no, and he lives in Sarawak. So, is there anyways i can track him, get back my thing or perhaps my money? Helps are needed.
