Strong Dilemma

I am dilemma in choosing my career in Banking or IT industry.

I graduated in Business IT and more major in computer science. Yet. Currently working in big IT company which more than 100 staff.
I felt i cant focus in the current position as Business Development Executive / Account Manager. My current job scope is handle all enquiry from overseas and penetrate new market especially for new development country like Indonesia, Philippine and etc. However, my current job not able for me to travel around and purely indoor base.

In my mind, i more prefer outdoor and travel around. Should i change to different division and go for System integration consultant or jump to Bank work as Mortgage advisor?

Anyone have an idea regarding nowadays market trend in property? What if i join as mortgage advisor, what is the next 2-3 years market in property?
I notice become mortgage advisor i can able to meet different level of people and more flexible in own planning.

Is that wasted if i go for banking line that doesn't related to my study. Hope every lengcai, lenglui , sifu can advise me!!!!!!!

Currently i receive an offer in CIMB (MSF) as loan advisor. I still thinking want to change my current job to CIMB as outdoor sales.

Meanwhile i working in a company as indoor sales. For me, i join as indoor sales team just because i want to see how the environment in indoor. Unfortunately, i notice i cant adapt it, i cant really sitting in-front computer doing so many follow up issues.
My company currently paying
Basic: 2700
Monthly commission : no
quarterly personal incentive: yes ( can only go up to roughly 1000 depends on performance)
quarterly group incentive : yes ( can go up to 2000 depends on sales target)

Compare CIMB
Basic: 2000
Petrol hp allowance : can claim
Commision : unpredictable ( depends on how much you want to earn)

If i continue in this company, i can have opportunity to go for overseas for business trip. Same goes to CIMB, i can have opportunity to go for overseas trip provided i am in the TOP 5 lists. Please advice.
