            <title>Help&amp;#33; Big Conflict cause Purchaser only Victim?</title>

            <description>To all expert,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Today I received shock from a BankA (my bank loan for a developer projectE). In the letter it wrote:&lt;br /&gt;Please be informed that Special Terms &amp;amp; Conditions on Item No. x has been amended to be read as follows:-&lt;br /&gt;SPECIAL TERMS &amp;amp; CONDITIONS&lt;br /&gt;- Submission of land title &lt;b&gt;free from encumbrances&lt;/b&gt; prior to first drawdown.&lt;br /&gt;All other terms and condition shall remain unchanged.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And I know that the under development project Master Title is currently charged to a Bank (actually the same bank as my bank loan, the BankA).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Then what? The above two is a big conflict right?&lt;br /&gt;Like that how to proceed? Big Conflict? Am I right?</description>
