RPGT calculation

Hi sifu here

I have doubt abt The RPGT,

3yrs----30%
4yrs----20%
5yrs----10%

If i sell my apt within 3-4yrs,what the RPGT rate? Besides any method to lower down the RPGT charges as I knew
the renovation cost can take into the calculation. Any advise?
