Anyone have experienced dealing with the procedure? I just terminated yes 4G postpaid plan, but the guy told me to pay double charges. Current charges and next month charges. Am I being cheated?

I ordered stuff a week ago. But still no shipment were made up to this day. When I complaint they said the item was not in stock. They don't have the item in the first place, but still want to put it on their advertisement with (1 to 7 working days guaranteed shipping). Plus they don't even bother to state that the item is pre-order/out of stock.
