Hmm .. i ask u all a riddle +P

One day , a man is stuck in a cave .. there are 3 ways to go out . But the 1st way got a tiger who never ate for 1 day . The second way got another tiger but never ate for 3 days . The third way .. got a tiger who never ate for 30 days . Which way will the man go ?..

Way 1 : Tiger never ate 1 day.
Way 2 : Tiger never ate 3 days.
Way 3 : Tiger never ate 30 days.

I'm trying to make a form here.
Firstly to collect information, then 2ndly to redirect to the page selected in the dropdown box. Quite stuck now as most google results just show the part bout collceting information.

A quickie sample would be here ..

Say for instance, If i put One and choose submit, I would want to collect both the information to a datebase/email and then redirect the page to One. IF I put two, it would redirect to two ..

Anyone can help me out ? Thanks
