PBO does nothing on my new Ryzen 3600

My workstation spec:

Ryzen 5 3600
Asrock B550M pro4
Kingston Hyperx Fury 2x16MB 3200MHz C16
Crucial MX500 500GB
Saphirre RX570 4GB
Scythe Mugen 5 Rev B
FSP Hydro K 500W

Idle CPU clock: 3593 MHz
Idle CPU temp: 47 deg C
Idle Mobo temp: 37 deg C
(Data from HWINFO64)

I already updated the bios to the latest version, installed the amd chipset software, set power plan to amd high performance plan. However, it doesnt matter whether i set the PBO in the bios to auto/enable/disable, the max boost cpu frequency is always about 3850-3900MHz only during Cinebench R15/20 multithread test even the max temp reached 73 deg C only.

So is this completely within expectation or did I miss some crucial steps or did i just buy a potato chip?

Building a Stock Trading PC

I already done some homework but i wish to get a little advise on my build. My pc knowledge is quite outdated because the last time i built my pc was 15-20 years ago.

The purpose of the pc is mainly for stock trading so i am more emphasize on cpu performance and ram capacity. I do play games but I am not a hardcore gamer so gpu performance is my least concern.

My build:

cpu: Ryzen 3300x [RM549]
mobo: Asrock B550M Pro4 [RM458]
ram: Kingston HyperX Fury 3200mhz 2x16GB [RM570]
gpu: Sapphire RX570 4GB [RM519] (Any recommendation for a cheaper gpu that has 3 or more hdmi/dp port?)
ssd: Crucial MX500 500GB [RM292]
psu: Cooler Master MWE White V2 450W [RM152]
case: Cooler Master NR400 [RM229]
cooler: Id-Cooling SE224xt [RM89]
1st monitor: Viewsonic VX3211 4k 32" [RM1450]
2nd & 3rd monitor: Dell P2418D 2k 24" [RM1050]

Total cost excluding monitors: RM2858 (Budget RM3000)
Total cost for monitors: RM2500 (Budget RM3000)

btw i got the price quote from lazada.

So what do you think? Is it possbile for this cpu to reach max boost speed and take full advantage of amd xfr2/pbo with such a budget?

Ryzen 3600 is one of my consideration too but i doubt that i need 6c/12t cpu. Although I open multiple browser windows/tabs during trading hours but only 2 of them are constantly receiving rapid realtime data stream. If I close this 2 windows then the cpu load will reduce half from 30-60%.

The Effective Interest Rate of Crapcar Loan

Many drivers thought the interest rate is 10% because this ahlong only tell the loan amount and the total repayment. They never say a word about the interest rate and simply just let the less informed preys punch the number in their calculator.

Let's take the below offer for example,

In this case, the daily repayment amount is RM27.50 for total 56 days. If I plug the number into loan amortization calculator then the actual effective interest rate is 124%!!!

Source: https://www.calculatorsoup.com/calculators/...nt&action=solve

So wake up my fellow lembu, it is already pathetic to let them squeeze your driving income, please think wisely not to let them to squeeze every drop of blood out of u.
