3. MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform HAO after Pre-HAO has been done.
• To be able to assemble, calibrate, test and troubleshoot modules after machine HAO.
• Able to conduct machine from assembly after final buyoff (HAO).
• Able to setup machine according to customer specification using customer material (pre preparation before customer buyoff starts).
• Provide internal buyoff result and application report using customer material to complete pre acceptance of machine during internal and customer buyoff.
• To buyoff critical tooling, prior to direct shipment to customer.
• To be able to perform machine buyoff with customer and attend to customer questions and request
• Proper documentation of assembly quality issue, participate and report into Quality circle meeting etc. Educate and facilitate the interpretation of this technical information to the organisation.
• To contribute to departmental goals, assist and support peers and superior.
• To initiate and participate in improvement activities.
• To perform other jobs as and when assigned by the superior.
• Team player and also be able to work with minimum supervision.
• Always keep working area and office clean and organized (5S)
• To involve in project transfer of product and production from Drunen to Besi APac.
• Support on-site installation upon request by CPM with approval from superior.

4. JOB REQUIREMENTS
(Qualification / Education / Years of experience)

• Minimum Degree in mechanical/electronic/mechatronic engineering from reputable international or local university with at least 2nd Class Qualification.
• At least 2-3 years working experience in equipment, preferably related to Plating.
• Higher Diploma in mechanical/electronic/mechatronic engineering from reputable international or local university with more than 5 years of experience in Plating will be also considered.
